One focused session before investor outreach.
Use the kit to clarify your insight, founder-market fit, wedge, proof, and first investor email.
Sharpen the parts investors test first.
The kit is built around the questions that make an early-stage story feel credible: what the market misunderstands, why this founder has an edge, where the first wedge starts, and what proof should change conviction.
One sample before you buy.
From the scorecard
Can the investor repeat your wedge after one read?
Score this section higher only if the first market wedge names a specific customer, painful workflow, acquisition path, and proof point that can plausibly compound.
